Gemology Anti Aging Cream works as a concealer while also providing ingredients said to ease wrinkles by relaxing the small muscles in the skin.  This isn't unusual by itself.  Less expensive products like Olay's Regenerist line, use silica to diffuse light which softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.   Gemology Anti Aging Cream uses diamond dust.  Hence the $300.00 price tag for each 1.7oz container.

Gemology Anti Aging Cream is probably effective for the most part, but the inclusion of diamond dust is their only justification for the high price.  It isn't surprising that there are no product reviews on line as most people cannot afford to purchase the product.  Without reviews, there is little to recommend this product over less expensive brands.
